CriticalThe lady doing our tour acted rushed and basically told us you had no openings. Also if nursing home placement was required for additional services, we would only get a slot IF no Brandenwilde resident needed it first, they took precedent. So we felt you guys didn’t need or want our business. Also we were not taken to an office and our mother asked about to get to know her needs. It was straight “Here is this section, here is this….etc”. Within about five minutes, we knew that was not where we would place our moth…

PositiveI would definitely recommend this to others. My brother was not in favor of moving, but he's so happy there and says so often. We're happy for him and don't worry about him.

PositiveRecommend weekend stay as first overnight experience. The move to assisted living is extremely overwhelming to the elderly.

PositiveOverall experience depends on the day and the care services is a hard one to rate. I don't know about the meals and dining services, but our loved ones says very good. The activities are lacking in my opinion but we are not sure or not aware of other places when it comes to the value for cost. I think the place is probably great for assisted living. The memory care side needs more help. I feel like I don't ask for anything crazy but it just seems they can't get it all right. In fairness to them my mom can be diffic…

PositiveI sold my parents on the Atria under false pretenses which I am extremely disappointed about. We were told about a discount that actually my parents do not qualify for and I think they knew that and sold us on it anyway ….with that being said it is a great place for them and they are very happy there and I don’t want the poor actions of administrative people to reflect on the rest of the facility. The people that are hands-on and involved in the day-to-day functions of the facility are wonderful. The food is wonder…

PositiveI visited with my mom to see her friend. The staff seem so nice, genuinely caring. The old feel of the building is very charming and cozy. There seems to be a lot to do from the calendar of events I saw. The residents look very happy and engaged with each other nicely. I really enjoyed my visit and talking with those that love there
