★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is warm and caring as are the surroundings. The General Manager is very involved in day to day operations and has always been responsive to our needs. The building is clean. There are numerous activities. It's been a very positive experience for my mom.
★★★★★
CriticalMy sister was not happy there. She felt that they focused on the residents who wanted to play bingo. She stayed there for 3 months and she moved on to a facility with activities that interested her more. The staff was wonderful.
★★★★★
PositiveIt was really my parents experience- they stayed for under a month as my father quickly realized he wasn't ready to transition. He told me there were a few longer than expected wait times when requesting help but I also know they were doing a good job at trying to get my parents to engage in the community but my father was resistant
★★★★★
PositiveMy mothers care team are kind and they keep her active. However they really need to hire more staff as they often seem short staffed. They also need to communicate more about supplies needed for residents.
★★★★★
PositiveSunrise is bright and cheerful, both the common areas and the rooms. I liked that there is a kitchenette in the room.
★★★★★
CriticalOverall experience - 3 (but only bc my mom has been at sunrise for only 2 months). Admin staff - 5 (sadly one of the key staff left the company recently. We really liked her!). Activities - 5! Love that mom was able to take rides to the beach for a change of scenery. Value for the money - 3 (still think all assisted living w memory care is overpriced)
