Our experience

Overall, it's been a great experience! The staff is so nice and the executive manager has been really great to address issues promptly. The reason I chose it for both my mom and my mil is because of the apartment size, amenities, food and activities. My only issue I've had is that the maintenance is slow to respond as they were without a maintenance man for a while. I've noticed some turn over in staff that has alarmed me. If they order food to their room, it takes forever and is cold by the time they receive it…

Very nice facility with plenty of activities for those needing care Very clean with nice rooms The only negative for us was there was an odor throughout the facility that we both noticed and we don’t know if that was normal or something going on that day

All 5s. What we like the most about the community is the culture of the people who work there. The language they use, the way they interact with the residents is more like a family than a transactional relationship.

Staff was not attentive to our mother. She had multiple hospital visits while there. They didn't follow protocol.

I signed paperwork to move in but decided to go elsewhere. They did not refund any of my $[removed]. So I have nothing good to say about them. Atria's salesman had only been there a few months and left about a month later. He told us things that we could bring in assisted living that was not true. Staff turns over frequently. Only believe half of what salesperson says. Ask someone who lives there without the salesperson about facility.
