PositiveI thoroughly enjoyed my tour of the Atrium! The lady who led the tour was knowledgeable, pleasant and understanding of my need to walk quite slowly. I found the apartments attractive, and I would consider moving there.

PositiveI liked the Atrium but my Mom needed a higher level after being there for almost a year. Facility is maintained well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They all knew my Mom by name and went above and beyond to help her when they could.

PositiveI was impresssed with the total layout at The Atrium. The apartments were clean and nicely laid out. The prices were affordable. lots of amenities. Personnel seemed happy and very pleasant. The residents seemed content and happy. The only drawback were the LONG hallways by the apartments so you could have a long walk if you lived in one of the far units.

CriticalStaff are nice, fun activities planned regularly, but the building is old, elevators break down regularly, WiFi is non existent and cell coverage is very low, black mold in the building, and they're having difficulty staffing the kitchen and waiters. My parents moved in, and at first things were going pretty well. The food was decent and the activities were fun and engaging. The apartment was a little dark, but the big trees providing much needed shade made the grounds a beautiful place to walk around outside. The…
