Highly Recommend

Care services is not applicable. No care services. Completely independent. Meals and dining is not applicable. No food service. Activities are a great line up and active and inclusive community. Apartments are generously sized with modern kitchens and amenities. Staff is on site during business hours and helpful as a resource when needed. There are lots of activities to keep active to include exercise classes, in house movie theater, social hours, and music and food trucks on the lawn during the warmer months.

I found people to be friendly and very welcoming. Very clean environment here, many activities, great location. Would recommend. My advise is don't stay on your house because it's paid for! Cash out and have a little fun.

They're very attentive and kind to the residents. Although the average age is 72, they're a "younger more active" community of residents. They keep the property and faculty well maintained.

I am very satisfied with Attivo Trail. There are lots of good things happening here. Movies, crafts, bus to go shopping, special occasions events, bowling, golf when weather permits. Exercise room with equipment as needed, a dedicated craft room always available for individual and group activities.
