PositiveWonderful home for our mom
They took the time to clearly explain what assisted living entails and thoughtfully assessed my mom’s needs. They reassured us that she would be a great fit for assisted living rather than full skilled nursing care, which was truly a game changer for our family. The community is brand new, clean, and welcoming. The staff is warm, caring, and incredibly attentive. They spent a great deal of time with us and patiently answered all of our questions, making us feel confident and supported in our decision.

The people were great to my husband, but I am now having issues with the price they quoted vs what they have charged. Although I have calculated the charges and presented them to the director, I am getting no response with a correction. Also, they had just a few in memory care so most often had my husband in the assisted living area and for meals. Since he was a flight risk, they wanted to put a wanderguard on him--for $[removed]/month charge. I could not afford that, so they had an internal meeting and decided so…
