A very nice community

The admin staff has been supportive and helpful. There is a good deal of turnover in nursing and kitchen staff. The food is plentiful and suits the tastes of most people. Mom's studio is just the right size and is well set up for Mom's lack of mobility. There are a multitude of varied activities every day.

Incredibly friendly staff

They are incredibly friendly. They do lots of outings and activities. The only thing is that may concern me is I have asked them not to bring the meals to her, so she will get out more and yet they still do and of course the price is outrageous, but I know that's like that every where.

Clean and well maintained.

Facility looks brand new. Staff has been approachable and knowledgeable. Response to resident needs takes longer than expected according to resident. Cleaning staff and therapists do a good job. Food is plentiful and varied.

Overall, pretty good. Nice staff, clean, [name removed] and [name removed] are fantastic. The food definitely needs improvement, never any fresh fruit or vegetables, everything taste like it came out of a can or pre-prepared Sysco food. [name removed] Has been in Tenova for the last six days due to his fifth severe UTI infection in the last seven months, I would like to see a lot more communication between Dr. [name removed], his urologist, and the doctors and nurses at Avail.

Great Experience in a Time if Need

I just don’t think you are going to find a better place for your loved one than Avail Senior Living of Cleveland, Tennessee. My father and now his older sister are living side by side and receiving excellent care, good food, and new friendships. It’s a beautiful place owned and operated by beautiful souls!

We toured this community and not only was it way overpriced, but we actually heard the Director making rude comments about us and other residents when he thought he had left the room! Very disappointing, and we took our business elsewhere. I would give zero stars if it was an option. These people are 1 way in public, and different behind closed doors.
