PositiveThe community is very clean and pest free, two big checks in the plus column. The staff is polite and attentive and good at communicating the staffing issues they have been running into.

PositiveI was very pleased with Avamere. I would rate it definitely a five the staff are very caring and very friendly. My husband's apartment was very nice. It had a full bathroom, a refrigerator, a kitchen sink and cabinets. The facility was kept very clean and the apartments were all very clean as well. PositiveOur mom loves it here. The staff , friendships with other residents, activities, and location are all amazing. She has been here for numerous years and tells us every day how much she enjoys it. She loves the view of the golf course and its wildlife. Thinks [name removed] and [name removed] and staff are awesome, loves the museum visits, group outings to local restaurants, pub nights, yoga and coffee group. This is a great community and a second family to her. Thank you for giving her a safe and secure and happy pl…

PositiveI moved in here with a preconceived set of ideas. I took early retirement from federal service so I am a bit younger than the average resident demographic. I anticipated a "what are you doing here??" kind of mindset. Instead everyone, both staff and residents, have been disarmingly kind and accepting.
