My friend likes the food in the diner but is not as happy with the food in the main dining room. The staff has been great but I'm a little disappointed that he hasn't been connected with another resident through the ambassador program that I was initially told about. That may have changed when Legend took over but he would have benefited from having someone help him get better acclimated to the place and the activities- someone to encourage him to get out of his apartment. Overall, however, very positive.

CriticalThe facility was built and designed well. Many of my questions were answered, but very focused getting the sales. Just seeing minimum enter action between staff and residents it didn’t feel like a home settling. I did get the feeling that they respect the privacy of their residence.

Since the new ownership communication on facility changes have not been very good. The place was taken over a couple of months ago and still have not received new contracts so not sure what all the changes will be. Staff is still great but they are losing a few staff members.
