PositiveLiked the set-up of the facility and the fact that when a resident left their room, they could see the view outside with the large windows. The dining room was lovely and the residents were enjoying a meal peacefully. Also the facility is only for Alzheimer patients was a plus.

I would rate all of those categories a 5. The administrative and staff is very friendly it is definitely clean no smell of urine. I am very satisfied with the care my mom receives. The head nurse always keep me updated on any changes and it is definitely worth the money, also I would highly recommend Harmony Village if Cherry Hill to family and friends.

PositiveThe place seemed fine, the people seem nice. I have a very difficult time connecting the price tag with the services provided. I will be making other arrangements for my loved one. I don’t find that there was enough stimulation in terms of activities and entertainment to keep my mom active. I found the room to be very small, though it may be comparable to other facilities. The fact that there was no way to guarantee that my mom could stay there after her money ran out was a big turn off for me, though I am sure I w…

All at the site were great. From [names removed]in the front office to all the staff who cared for my dad. Even the front office desk staff were wonderful. The level of care was fantastic all the employees seemed very caring. And we're very attentive to my dads needs. I could not say enough good things about my experience with you and your team as well as Care One Harmony village. We would. It have met them if it was not for your team.
