A wonderful place for my mom

My mother spent over four years at Spring Hills/The Addison before she passed. I was lucky to have found this place. My mom did not have much savings, and they admitted her with just the first month rent, last month rent, and one time community fee. No big six figures up front, non-refundable buy in, just first, last, and community. It totaled less than a used car. Mom and I visited several other facilities, and they all wanted a large amount of money up front. The staff was wonderful, caring, patient and good humo

Our family's experience - I would recommend them

Mom was there for about 5 months. They took pride in cleanliness. Mom's room was cleaned daily and so was the facility itself. It took a while to get used to ordering Mom's meals weekly but eventually we got the hang of it. Food always seemed good. Staff was usually attentive but due to her being in a memory care unit. Sometimes she wasn't the only one who needed help. Mom was on many medications and it was a struggle at times for them to keep everything straight. Such as renewing medication when it ran out. Wonderful visit. However, my aunt who I was looking to place at a memory care is now under the supervision of hospice. Thank you very much. But I will not be needing your services.

This place is horrible, If you love your parent don’t put them in this horrible w.

This is a horrible place, the people who own it doesn’t even exist or care. All they care about is money. Please don’t put your loved ones in here. I can not begin to tell you how horrible this place is.

Review for The Addison of Cherry Hill

This community stood out to us because they offered a one-time fee with no additional add-ons, unlike the other places we toured, and they even provided a complimentary month. The building was clean with no odors, located at ground level, and had a stronger staff-to-resident ratio than others we considered. We also appreciated that we didn't have to go through an extensive financial vetting process. While the experience hasn't been perfect and we are still working through a few challenges, the staff has been outsta

Disgraceful

I could go on for a long while about all the issues there and how they have continued to decline year by year but I'll make do with my last experience with them. My mother was a 9 year resident and passed away 2 weeks ago. She had been in hospice in her apartment for a few months. I got a call from the lovely hospice nurse to tell me she had passed. I have yet to hear from anyone at the Addison. No calls or emails. No condolences. NOTHING! I have already removed everything from her apartment without a whisper from
