I'll give them all 5's, we looked at over 10 facilities in the Lakeland Florida area. Based on what we saw Azalea Park was a very great and pleasant surprised. They met our needs, the rate is a great value as compared to other facilities in the area. The staff that we met and have interaction with during and after this process was great. If an item is pointed out they will act immediately and appropriately. The food apparently is good. What I appreciate is if a person isn't feeling good they will bring the meal to…
