Balfour at Riverfront Park

Previously excellent, increasingly superb

My wife and I have lived in Balfour at Riverfront Park (BRP) for 2 1/2 years. It was excellent when we arrived. In the past year, it's advanced to superb, with more gains scheduled. BRP's website is correct in saying, "Here, every detail is taken care of — from housekeeping and landscaping to transportation — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: living fully and joyfully. ... truly like a five-star resort for seniors." We are fairly new residents

We have only been here for four months, so have not participated in many activities. However, so far we are very glad we chose Balfour after looking into several other facilities.

I expected 18 months ago when I arrived at Balfour to compose a list of recommendations to improper administrations resident relationships to date that sheet is still attached to a clipboard and nothing is written on it. This place is great well run even the food exceptional and surprise, surprise I sing the praise daily anyone who will listen.

Positive Experience

I have a dear friend that is a resident in Memory Care at this facility…The staff is wonderful… The residents seem to appreciate and enjoy their new home…I believe this experience has been a good decision for all the families.

Family visit

Seems that the dining experience is not what I have previously experienced: Eggs were definitely powdered, other cold offerings ok, but sparse. Did like the coffee machine. Common spaces were clean and well looked after.

First time visit

Beautiful center with spacious sitting, activity rooms. I appreciated the check in and out procedure. Residents rooms were good sized and homey. Staff were available personable and friendly. We enjoyed sitting in a greenspace courtyard to soak up some sun. Overall a good experience.
