My wife and I have lived in Balfour at Riverfront Park (BRP) for 2 1/2 years. It was excellent when we arrived. In the past year, it's advanced to superb, with more gains scheduled. BRP's website is correct in saying, "Here, every detail is taken care of — from housekeeping and landscaping to transportation — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: living fully and joyfully. ... truly like a five-star resort for seniors." Seems that the dining experience is not what I have previously experienced: Eggs were definitely powdered, other cold offerings ok, but sparse. Did like the coffee machine. Common spaces were clean and well looked after.

Beautiful center with spacious sitting, activity rooms. I appreciated the check in and out procedure. Residents rooms were good sized and homey. Staff were available personable and friendly. We enjoyed sitting in a greenspace courtyard to soak up some sun. Overall a good experience.
