Review for Bamboo Villas Assisted Living Facility

The workers are really nice, the facility is clean and my grandmother has a great roommate. My grandmother complains about the food and the cost since it is more than her monthly income.

Horrible

The first two years were pleasant. During the third and last, I was treated unfairly. The staff stopped taking care of my health impairment, the only reason I was there. I also received attitude from a few of them. They became lazy. It was mentioned I would received a dietician and wasn’t. In fact, their poor care led to me gaining about 100 pounds. They also don’t offer all the amenities/activities mentioned. Best decision was leaving this place.

A Place Like Home

I would recommend this community. They are very nice people. The rooms are very clean. There are two people per room. They did offer activities to residents, like bingo, music, and some other activities. They work with you, if you have a problem.

Very clean with a large family environment. Owner were on site.

I really liked this facility. The staff seamed knowledgeable. The facility was clean and the residents were alert and active.

nice place, but it didn't fit for my mother. Her dementia is getting worse and she will need constant watching. That can't happen here. Very nice people running the place.
