★★★★★
PositiveEveryone we met were nice and super helpful. I would definitely recommend The Village of Bear Creek to others.
★★★★★
PositiveThere was a change in leadership about a month before my mom passed, and I noticed a drop in the sincerity and friendliness of the staff. It often felt like they were trying to raise the cost of her care—I would have to review the charges carefully to catch errors that were driving up the price. While the cost never actually increased, it required constant attention on my part. There weren’t any caring conversations before these price adjustments; I had to initiate a meeting with the nurse to address it. That said…
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a small community with lots of services. It was really clean and fresh. I would recommend it
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff here is excellent. Not many close places to hike. The hiking ideas are close especially if you have a car. I have no complaints. My stay here has been great. The staff is very friendly and the food is just fine. The rooms are very comfortable.

PositiveFacilities are very good, about 90% of the staff are great, food is okay, activities are good. Very fair regarding billing. I struggled most with getting the meds situated, my mom took a lot of meds, and I felt like they kept changing the schedule for her meds. I finally figured out who to talk with to get things straightened out. They don't have enough staff if the resident needs lots of care.
