Bedford Court, a CCRC

My tour was done virtually and my tour guide was wonderful. She showed me the facility and introduced me to people. She answered all my questions. Looks like a great facility.

We toured the facility for my sister who needs to sell her house and downsize. The two bedroom was roomy and bright with lots of sunshine. Located next to a shopping center with a humongous Giant Supermarket that screams "Convenience"!

Bedford Court

The staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Most of the residents are warm, welcoming, and easy to be around, which creates a pleasant community atmosphere. The kitchen is currently undergoing renovations, so the food options are somewhat limited at the moment, but this is likely a temporary situation.

Bedford Court

My husband and I would rate everything a 5. However we've only been here 2-1/2 weeks and at the present time the elevator by our unit is "out" for the second time (which is inconvenient for someone handicapped) and the kitchen is being totally renovated for the next 3 weeks. Otherwise, this community is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the residents for the most part are friendly; there are activities 7 days per week (although we've been unpacking for the last 2 weeks), the management staff is r…

Review for Bedford Court, a CCRC

I originally loved it but the previous administration let things go it is not the place. The middle elevator ha been down early June and I seriously worry about the folks you cannot walk down steps. The have other elevators but the most central has been out all that time. The food quality and service in the dining room had suffered greatly that I stopped going there 6 months ago and in fact I moved out last month because I was paying for services not received.
