CriticalBEWARE - DO NOT RECOMMEND
BeeHive BROKEN ARROW had no idea what they were doing. The staff is not trained. They are operated from out of state. They tell you something then it's a lie. Not good place for anyone. They don't check residents like they tell you. They forget residents on eating. Not a good place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They kept the common areas very clean, but they did not keep my mother's room very clean. Sometimes we would actually have to ask them to clean up. The majority of the people were friendly. The care services I would give it a 2 because there were workers that gave my mother absolutely great care but for the majority, she had a very difficult time to get people to come help take care of her. If she hit the call button many times it would take them forever to come answer it if they did come and answer it many times I…
