★★★★★
PositiveWe really appreciated the privacy that residents enjoy. The nutrition plan there was impressive. Choices are available that rival some restaurants so I feel that most residents can get meals they enjoy the most. The rooms have a spacious feel while being small enough to be manageable and comfortable. The people who work there and the people that live there looked happy and that is comforting.

★★★★★
CriticalThe staff was nice but the reaction times when the button was pushed was bad more than good. One morning my mom waited 2 hours for a response. bTW. My passed away

PositiveOverall experience is a 5 due to [name removed] and [name removed] . The place is clean and doesn't have the usual smell. [name removed] transparency in the initial contact and discussions was Awesome, [name removed] help with the LTC plan and filing was awesome. These women kept me sane during a very stressful time.. There have been bumps but they always work with me. The head nurse was unhelpful with the LTC plan and the manager had to engage. Meals are better than most but I understand how difficult it is.
