Friendly staff, clean well-kept building and grounds, excellent apartments with modern upgrades, great location for stores, restaurants, and services, there is a park 1/2 block away. The staff walked me through my decision process. They helped me with understanding my lease, amenities included in the rent package, and any move-in day concerns. After paying my deposit, they had a move-in special of 5 weeks free before my first rent payment

PositiveKnow what you are getting into before making a commitment.
Pray for their honesty up front. ie. I live on the south side of the building. The street has heavy traffic on it. On weekends the motorcycles and speeding cars run fast and loud all through the night. Reports to police is fanominal. I would not have moved into the complex if I knew I would encounter this all weekend. Make sure your prospects inquire about traffic around the building!...

Manager Concierge & Maintenance are great they advertise bimonthly maid service which I've yet to see so don't expect it ever My apt is what they call an ADA apt so it (840 ft) is a little larger than their standard ones it has a large walk-in closet & stand alone washer & dryer non ADA apts have stackable washer/dryers unsure about the size of the closets in non ADA apts
