The fire alarm is always tampered with and we have numerous fire alarm monthly Pinewood lodge doesn't have sufficient maintenance coverage there's only one person for all concerns and after hours of emergency maintenance that are rarely addressed trashed isn't removed daily because they can't keep up the halls smell of trash and diapers there are no activities or entertainment for the residents management is unable to manage because of one or two rude residents The residents are on there own maintenance order tha…

I had an appointment to meet with [name removed] or [name removed] the managers representing these apartments. After waiting two hours in the lobby, I was able to talk with a good number of the residence that lived there. My understanding is that the building no longer belongs to [community removed], but sold to another company that has their designs on developing the back lot as well as the current property into a multifamily low income facility. Cleanness peacefulness and the urgency towards maintenance orders is greatly appreciated

All about management

The new owners seem very responsible and invested in having a great facility. Unfortunately the management x3 in the last year and a half are not good and let major things slide. There are too many residents who do not adhere to the rules and quite a few who should be in an assisted living facility.

At this time I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not happy here as they have changed owner/manager, I would like to move.
