CriticalCherry Creek Retirement Village review
Our loved one hates it there and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Our loved one says the food is bad and response times are slow. Also, services we are paying for are not happening.

PositiveI like where I live I liked it since I moved in 3 years ago and you know it's like with any place you live or if you're working it's like any place you work it has it has its trying times but you know the activities and the transportation and the the mail services we have three meals a day two entrees with each meal and a lot of activities and a lot of socialization and it's basically up to the person how much you want to participate I like the crafts area so

CriticalIt was good. The retirement village was too expensive to maintain residence. The staff was stellar. One in fact by the name of [name removed] who I think was the managing director at the time actually was very instrumental in saving my life!! High praise for the staff - ALL of them. Me ka ha'aha'a me aloha piha!

PositiveThey are very responsive to fixing issues with her apartment. She's been afraid to venture out in one of the shopping excursions because she is afraid of not getting back home. I'm sure others fear this as well. They need more choices on food instead of the same staples. My mom complains that they serve a lot of fish and seafood which she's doesn't like. She also says the meats are always soaked in gravy with no option to put the gravy on the side or have it without.
