I have really enjoyed the community as a whole for my mom. The staff communication is very good. I can speak to the nurse, the director and the marketing manager is very helpful and communicative. Since my mom has moved in she is doing better. Very clean. Staff has many workers then have been working there for years.

My friend is at Belmar. Staff is very kind from the moment my friend moved in. Kelley in marketing was so welcoming and cheerful with him and will bend over backwards to help the residence .The activities are great. I love that there is always something planned to do for my friend who is very social. It is a peaceful environment and is not to overwhelming in size. The care is caring. What truly sets Belmar apart is the all-inclusive approach to care. Unlike many assisted living communities we toured . The others increase costs as care needs change, Belmar Oakland offers one simple price. My Mom is going to need more as she ages, so this gives us peace of mind. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do care for mom. The gal in sales is as helpful as they come and is always willing to listen and point me to the right resources. I recommend it At Belmar.

Very friendly staff, mostly responsive and seemed to be very caring. Disappointed on how long it is taken us to get a landline phone connected in the room. We moved her in in [Date Removed] and here it is [Date Removed} and we still can't seem to get a line in. I live out of state, so I'm having things shipped to my mother's room.
