★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is friendly they keep the patients busy and they are very nice to them.. They keep a good eye on them. Once we went to my moms room and they noticed right away that another patient followed us in and they came and got her. The food is good. They bring lots of love performers to sing and play the piano

CriticalMy parents are needing more help than Belmont can provide. Belmont did not live up to their price tag - it's too much money for the amount of care they provide or don't provide. If you don't need extra help, it's great. If you need any assistance with anything, it's poor/fair.

Those would get charged separately. We didn't need tho…

PositiveThe Residents, staff and management were all lovely. My Mom is now in a wonderful Board and Care home after a fall and broken hip at Belmont. They are just not staffed to give the care most people need, unfortunately. Lovely nurses and caregivers, just not enough of them. Our family experience was a positive one, friendly staff, great caregivers, overall a really ni…

PositiveAs far as we are concerned, it is the best facility in this area by far. My main reason for saying that is the staff. They truly love what they are doing, and treat the residents with dignity and kindness. The overall atmosphere is warm, upbeat, and welcoming.
★★★★★
PositiveFriendly, helpful, residents know who to ask for help from, they make a lot of friends, staff is knowledgeable
