PositiveMy thoughts on SHREWSBURY CROSSING
The staff is very nice , although it may not always respond as quickly as one would like. Sometimes especially on weekends they seem to be short of help -- the activities are throughout the day, movies ,word games, travel documentaries, BINGO (very popular), etc.--the food is not as good as it was when I arrived here---it depends on who the cook is.---we are trying as individuals to get some changes made during RESIDENT MEETINGS held about once a month.--The cleanliness is excellent .--I myself have a very nice lar…

PositiveWe met many of the staff and were very impressed by their attitudes and dedication. A far improvement over where we are now. The proximity of it to our children. Is a major bonus, I asked them to hold the two units for us.

The staff is very nice and friendly and helpful--the facility is nice and clean--the location is really nice--easy to get onto major routes and to hospitals--my major concern is that it takes too long for the staff to respond when someone calls for assistance---more than 10 minutes in a lot of cases---the food is very good and available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM---all in all a nice place for someone like myself who is independent at this time.

Positivefriendly & caring staff.
Patient only there 6 days then went to hospital and passed away. So didn't do activities or eat that much but food was a variety and looked appealing. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! They all were so kind, caring, attentive and supportive to resident as well as family members
