PositiveWe arrived and the receptionist immediately went to find the lady we were to tour with. She came out in a timely manner and showed us around the entire facility. We saw the 1st and 2nd floors as well as an apartment to see what we liked. We were also treated to a wonderful lunch. Thet have a restaurant and a bistro with daily menus. If you don"t like what is on either menu, you can order off of their regular menu which is extensive. You can get a meal anytime beween 7am and 7pm. We really enjoyed our visit and the …

I like that there's plenty of staff around. They don't seem overworked, they seem sincerely happy and helpful. I've asked [name removed] help on a few technology issues and he went above and beyond. Senior leadership seem great and responded to one concern I had about my mom. The people make the difference. Plus, the condition and cleanliness of the facility is very good. The "field trips" they do for the residents are great.

PositiveReview for The Residence at Orchard Grove
The facility is very nice, warm and welcoming. The staff are all really caring from the receptionists, dining staff, activity coordinators and care staff. Go out of their way to be warm and friendly. There are lots of daily activities along with a happy hour at 3 everyday. Lots of chances to socialize. The food in dining room is very good and open 7-7 everyday!
