We have been very happy with Bennet's place. They have accommodated all the needs of my parents. There were some mix-ups with the Pharmacy at the beginning, but that was taken care of immediately. They have been attentive to my parent's care, especially my mother who has Alzheimer's. Sometimes housekeeping can be a little slow, but if you bring it to their attention, you get an immediate resolution. The food was superb at first, but has fallen to OK in the last couple of weeks. The food is overall fair. The activities are fair. For assisted living there are quite a few who should be in a nursing care facility. We have considered making a move. We have spoken to [name removed] about some things. We don't wish to have any backlash for our Mother but you may share. We are dissatisfied with a few of the aspects of the facility. I don't think it lives up to what we were told when we chose this place.

CriticalWe liked the place and put down money but found out they would not do Medicaid so we asked for our money back and they said no. We feel like you always have a Grace period. So not happy with that part. We are getting a place at [removed]. Everyone there was very helpful and they are helping us with the process of getting Medicaid.

This is a really good place to live. The courtyard is a very nice amenity. I get a chance to look at my bird feeder everyday from my apartment window. I also appreciate the staff being so caring and attentive to every residents care needs.
