CriticalWe started at a 5. Now I'd say we are at a 2 in memory care. The staff in memory care Siri f the day are great. Very caring and thorough. At night it's not too good. Any new bruising or sores happen at night. The main assisted living part is very clean, but again in memory care it's not too good. All the communal areas in the main part are good. CriticalCare in the dementia area is very poor. Food awful. My husband fell numerous times & escaped the area several times & once was outside on the sidewalk. Staff poorly trained .
