When talking about the rent be sure to leave room in your budget for rent raises. My rent is now $[removed] higher than when I moved in less than three years ago. If you can, eliminate your vehicle. Rent includes a monthly charge for a garage. Staff includes 3 maintenance people and an office person who is only there 4 days a week and never on weekends. Telephone contact is available for plumbing or other emergencies on the weekends, but response time is sketchy. No food is served in this building. Everyone cooks f…

Hardly ever have a manager in the office that you can speak to if the office manager is here the door is usually closed. Have not had hot water for 2 days now is to be fixed today remains to see. Have had issues with visitors in the building and had police here. Carpet in hall ways and stairwells needs to be replaced very old and stained. This is nice facility--because of the residents who live here! They are friendly and help new people adjust to living here. However the staff--do not care about old people and are here less than 2 1/2 days a week. They listen to complaints and concerns but it goes in one ear and out the other. Many, many people here have problems with their appliances--of course they are all 15 years old and are changed from one apartment to the next. In a previous review in July, it was stated that the onsite management position had been changed from full-time to 3 days a week. That has changed again, so an onsite manager is here only 2 & 1/2 days/week. This is a total disservice to all residents & prospective renters!
