CriticalI wouldn't put my loved one into this facility
I had to do it over again I would never put a loved one in there. They are short on staff or the staff was untrained. They didn't seem to wanna answer the phone at night not even when Hospice was calling them. There were several incidents with my mother, and I had to put a camera in there. The only ones that I would say were somewhat decent or the nurses beyond that it was a horrible experience.
