Braemar Living at Medford

Everyone was pleasant. The residents were friendly and expressed their happiness with all aspects of life at the facility.

My daughter and I met with Jean at the Assisted Living facility, toured the grounds and rooms, as well as dining facilities, recreation areas, and available recreations and outings as they were scheduled. The details of the transition and associated costs and application requirements were discussed as well. There is another facility we may use, but, if asked to recommend Braemar, I would.

False advertisement

This place advertises that it takes Medicaid and it does not!!! I’m not a resident I called requiring information on residency and was told this is a private pay community. So I asked why online it says you accept Medicaid you should change your advertisement. I’m so sick of misleading advertisement. They make it so hard for seniors by asking such ridiculous amounts of money. I definitely would be living somewhere else.

This community was okay. They did not have memory care at this community so it would not have worked for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and we were just not impressed at all and it was not going to be a good fit for our loved one

Everything on our tour was great. The facility was clean, and the staff were very nice and very caring. A huge plus for our family is they accept Medicaid. So we'll be moving our loved one here from a place that does not accept Medicaid.
