Tour was helpful Staff was informative and nice Residents seemed to require much more e care than our needs currently

We rushed our tour due to time constraints (our fault). So far, through phone calls everyone is helpful.

Very nice facility but too costly. Loved the staff, they made me feel at home.

Beautiful facility

The facility was very clean and the apartment was beautiful. The staff was excellent. The biggest complaint was the food. They did not have skim milk, sugar-free jelly, plain yogurt. In other words, someone who may need to watch sugar and fat intake did not have a lot of choices.

My parents have been living at Brandywine, Melville for 3-1/2 years. My dad is now 95 and my mom is 93. My mother lived at Brandywine Assisted Living in Melville, NY for almost 8 years, from age 92-99.5. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, both in the assisted living and in the memory care unit (Reflections) where she lived for her last 2 years. Kind, compassionate, professional people, all, from the nurses to the care managers to the food service workers to the janitorial staff.
