Living Arrangements We offer several cozy yet elegant living arrangements to meet your privacy and lifestyle needs. For independent living residents that wish to live in a more residential setting, there are five cottage floor plans to choose from. Each cottage includes an attached garage, full size kitchen, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, and ample space for guests. For those that wish to live in a more immersive community setting, we offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Much like our cottages, our independent living apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, ample closet space, and plenty of natural light. Assisted living residents have three studio apartment floor plans to choose from. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with ample closet space, handicap accessible restrooms, a healthy dose of natural light, and the same inviting ambience you come to know and love in the rest of the community. Memory care residents have two cozy studios to choose from, each equipped with emergency response systems for optimal safety and the privacy of a full, handicap accessible bathroom. State Classification The Brennity at Vero Beach Senior Living is an assisted living facility which offers extended congregate care . In the state of Florida, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility A facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents. Extended Congregate Care Under this license, an assisted living facility can provide limited nursing services, supervision to residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments, provide total care for dressing/toileting/grooming, dietary management, and more.
