The person that helped us at Brentmoore was [name removed]. She showed us around and was so great to my mom. She was one of the main reasons my mom selected Brentmoore. She made my mom feel so welcome. The day we moved in we found out that [name removed] was no longer there with zero explanation and the new person could not answer any of our move in questions. The new person is kind and wonderful but my mom was so upset that [name removed] was gone and it has been an on going issue for her. She felt like [name remo…

CriticalThe person giving the tour was very informative and professional. The size of the units was generous compared to other places I looked at it this just wasn’t a good fit because there was no good places to walk or sit outdoors. The halls felt dark.

Things started out okay and we seemed to be happy. I would not recommend the assistant living facility to other people. I don't know about the regular senior living apartments. The residents in assisted living need assistance. And I didn't feel they had the patience or compassion that was necessary to help our person.

Can't say enough kind words about [name removed] and the Brentmoor. Been very on the fence about putting my mother in a facility -- I wanted it to be the easiest transition for her and our family. These people CARE! And it is very evident.
