Stay was not as we expected

It depends on their condition. If the patient is able to walk and get around without falling they will probably have a better experience. But if you can't walk very well and fall like my husband did then it will be harder! He was re-evaluated to a level 5 after 1 week but I don't feel like he was getting the care that he really needed.

The only reason we came here was presented as a memory care only. My sister was already past the point of activities or crafts are enjoying entertainment. So I have no comments. They immediately wanted her on hospice. The staff that attend to her are very good but don't stay long. Huge turnover - The facility not equipped to handle memory care patients. This place might be ok for assisted living BUT not memory care.

It was a terrible, horrible place. Staff is NEVER available. Always on their phones. Rude and impatient with residents. I have pictures to show how filthy they leave patients. It's less than 1.

What an amazing and beautiful community! Everyone you meet is overflowing with love and empathy, the staff is so attentive and the management team are unmatched experts in their field. Upon my visit I instantly felt like I was surrounded by my favorite family members. If you can leave without a smile on your face or with out a hug, then the world might be over.
