Brookdale Creve Coeur

It was an informative and thorough interview and tour. I am currently in no hurry to move my mother and only checking out my options. Thank you for the follow up calls and help.

I had a wonderful tour of the Brookdale Community. Everyone was very friendly and I think this would be a perfect place for my Mom!!!

This facility was impressive like a first-class hotel. Great lobby, sizable rooms and desirable location. Drawback for me was it was overall too large for the type of experience which would be comfortable for my parents.

I'm very disappointed in the cleaning of this facility. The carpets are always dirty and have bits of trash on them. The carpets also have many nasty stains and what looks like white paint on them in lots of places and a lot of it. The staff is usually friendly but not always. The activities are so-so, sometimes good and often not that great. The food is often pretty good but sometimes awful with no good choices.

My mom could answer these better since she lives there, but these are my responses. Brookdale Creve Coeur has been just the right choice for my Mom. She is safe, comfortable, and surrounded by new friends.

Would recommend

Cost increases exceed inflation by 4-5% per year. Cleaning of rooms is not thorough. Response to maintenance requests are usually slow. Infrastructure showing its age. However overall still as good as most places. In a good location.
