It's been a positive experience overall. This is completely new to us so we're still adjusting and trying to settle into a new normal. I would recommend.

Very caring staff

We placed my father here in the memory care section. The staff was very caring, attentive and patient. They treated my father very well. He was clean, had fresh clothes on and feed three times per day. My father liked the food and ate very well. The staff tried to engage and with him and all the residents.

The overall experience was very good. The front desk staff was nice and offered me something to drink. The facility itself was clean and appeared to offer a lot for all residents. I had to wait for 5-7 minutes, although had an appointment. The other concern that I had was that they do not routinely lock resident rooms; they typically leave it up to the resident to lock the rooms. I would be concerned with residents wandering in each others' rooms which lends itself to things going missing. However, their staff to r…

My salesperson was quite informative, and she explained a lot of details. I appreciate the time, energy, and effort she gave me on my tour.

[name removed], the director of sales, was very informative and attentive. She provided a thorough overview of the community and made us feel very welcome. The facility and residence rooms were bright and clean. The staff we met were friendly and professional. Definitely a place we would be comfortable taking care of our loved one.
