Criticalfamily experience
Billing was difficult for awhile but now they have a 800 number to get in touch with a live person. Activities are fun, creative, stimulating. Hard to get call back from head of nursing. Nurses on the floor are responsive.

The start date changed by a week and they were accommodating but they created 2 billing accounts so I could not easily use the app nor auto pay with duplicate billing's. They'd email me an invoice for 1 amount and mail me something different. The apartment size was plenty. Crafts were cute fun activity. My biggest disappointment was that she was there to get back on her feet, a road to home after rehab stay, to be with professionals for safety while building strength with PT/OT. Most of the staff are very helpful in the daily care of my sister and our main goal is to continue her regular physical, occupational and speech therapies which are all done in house so no outside trips are needed!
