Our families experience

Apartment size is very roomy! Enough room for king size bed and nightstand + a recliner and side table. You share the bathroom between Jack and Jill style. Bathroom is spacious with nice roomy walk in shower. Also an over the sink cabinet for each person and a closet with shelves for towels and other items. Safe enough to leave your front door open all the time and wave as people go by. Activities appropriate for memory care. They come tell you the activity about to start 10 minutes early. Room for improvement

The place is nice but I have been there when they come to help in 5 or 10 minutes and I have been there when it takes them an hour to come help so I'm very unhappy with that and they make them wait until last to get there food so I'm not happy with that and they make my mom wait an hour a lot of times past her medicine time. And I've had a lot of problems with them giving my mom some of her pills it's been an nightmare. But the place its self is a nice place and some of the people are nice , but my parents hate it

The best place we found for dad

The facility was very nice and the best we found. I wish we had watched my dad's treatment there a little closer. There were things that slipped through the cracks regularly but the staff was open to conversations.

Bristol Park at Cleburne

My mother only lived there for 5 months. Her health declined. The staff there were wonderful people but they were short staffed. That's about all I have to say. It's a great place as long as the resident doesn't need a lot of care. They had nice activities and food was delicious.

A Great Choice

We were very happy with both the staff and surroundings at the Bristol Park facility. Definitely 5+. The only drawback we found was the lack of on-site professional medical care. Mom has Type 2 diabetes, and there was no one on-site to perform basic blood sugar testing. This was not something that we thought about confirming beforehand, and no one mentioned that, even though Mom's health issues were examined prior to the move.
