Our dedicated, experienced staff are available 24/7 to assist residents with their non-medical care needs. Ambulatory care, medication management, and incontinence care are among the many services we provide. As a community that provides assisted living and memory care services, our team has received extensive specialized training. For residents in need of more focused medical care, our management team schedules routine visits with local dentists, podiatrists, and other specialized health care professionals. Residents are offered three delightful, chef-prepared meals a day and receive weekly housekeeping and laundry care services. Living Arrangements Residents of Bristol Park have a variety of darling floor plans to choose from. Each offers ample closet space, large windows that let in an inviting glow of sunshine, and the same excellent craftsmanship as common areas throughout the community. Memory care residents can choose between the privacy of an individual studio space, or enjoy the companionship of a Jack and Jill style, semi-private studio. For assisted living residents, studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments are available. Each assisted living apartment is equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for storing your favorite snacks and beverages. Whichever you choose, we’re sure you’ll feel right at home in Bristol Park. State Classification Bristol Park at Eagle Mountain is a Type B assisted living facility . In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows: Assisted Living Facility A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities: Type A: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted. Type B: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who need assistance evacuating, are incapable of following directions under emergency conditions, require staff attendance during nighttime sleeping hours, and require assistance transferring to and from a wheelchair. Type C (Adult Foster Care): Four-bed facilities that meet the minimum standards and rules for enrollment in the Department of Aging and Disability Services’ Adult Foster Care home program. The facility provides supervision and personal care services to residents.
