PositiveWe like the house/one floor home we live in. We have been so busy with me having several surgeries and [name removed] with dementia and fighting cancer so at some time may have to move because of our health and healthcare.

PositiveI chose them because it was, closer to daughter. Cost, location. Like any new place it has it‘s good and not so good. Close to many stores and great food. Important is doctors and hospitals are almost next door but woods surround the cottages. Keep notes on all properties, dates, everyone you talk to. Work on your budget.

PositivePeaceful surroundings. Bus transportation to appointments if needed. Emergency cords in apt in case of crisis. Activities such as bingo, get togethers for coffee and donuts one day and pizza on another. Close to shopping, restaurants, groceries. Close access to main highways. Overall a good place with reasonable prices

PositiveFirst the staff is wonderful. They truly care about the residents. It is kept clean and maintenance is prompt. They offer weekly activities and so far each holiday there was a gathering; Halloween party, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas party with a Yankee swap, valentines party, etc. There is a dining hall which is where the events are held. Overall a very positive experience

PositiveThis is a 55+ independent community with some activities and transportation provided. 1-2 bedroom Apartments either inside the main building or 1 or 2 bedroom cottage. Very friendly neighbors. A great place to live independently.
