Our apartment was spacious and easy to furnish. I liked the kitchen with pantry and cabinet space - more than adequate. The bathroom also with great space for storage and hanging clothes. The door to the outside was wonderful. Walk to meals or spend time on the benches to enjoy visiting with neighbors and watch the dogs and squirrels play. My husband and I were very impressed by the people and places we met on our recent tour. We were fortunate enough to put down a deposit and plan to move in very soon.

I give Broadway 5 stars. My mother in law is getting excellent care from the staff. She is making friends. She has most of her bedroom furniture and likes it there. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

This place "checks all the boxes." The staff is wonderful, the apartments are well-appointed, and good size for the price. All residents I passed said, "Come join us, this is a great place." Should you need Assisted living later, you can have it there. Lots of things to do. Yummy food. All utilities included, except for phone and cable. Very Impressed.

Our experience

At this point i would rate my fathers independent living experience 5 stars. His Villa is well maintained and he enjoys planting and caring for his flowers. Any maintenance issue is addressed and taken care of. He thoroughly enjoys the food and has made friends throughout the property. he loves taking his dog Molly for walks and she may be more recognized than him.
