PositiveThis place "checks all the boxes." The staff is wonderful, the apartments are well-appointed, and good size for the price. All residents I passed said, "Come join us, this is a great place." Should you need Assisted living later, you can have it there. Lots of things to do. Yummy food. All utilities included, except for phone and cable. Very Impressed.

PositiveOur experience
At this point i would rate my fathers independent living experience 5 stars. His Villa is well maintained and he enjoys planting and caring for his flowers. Any maintenance issue is addressed and taken care of. He thoroughly enjoys the food and has made friends throughout the property. he loves taking his dog Molly for walks and she may be more recognized than him. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. After my mother's death he became increasingly isolated. Moving here has truly improved his quality of l…

PositiveThe staff took us on a guided tour of the facility. It was very clean and did not have any bad odor. The residents were clean and well dressed. They also were engaging with us in conversation. The intake person explained everything and answered our questions. We had a chance to tour the room our family member anticipated room. It was clean, well lit and aesthetically appealing.
