Mom was/is in the Independent Living wing...She did everything herself. Only this summer she had them come clean 1 time a week. Cleaning was adequate. They are a bit lax in snow removal of walkways. They advertise cars are cleaned off... this past winter they never did it! I brought my neighbor to visit. The owner asked her if she could figure out the stressful things in her life would she prefer to live at home. Of course, she said yes, despite the fact that she can't. I know because I see her everyday, & know what she requires. He said, "Then you should do that. You shouldn't come here." Bromley Manor needs to be shut down

I called Bromley Manor to inquire about pricing. The first question I was asked was: “What is your height and weight.” It turns out the man was 70 years old and probably.was asking this question to see if I passed the criteria to enter Bromley Manor. I am not sure if he was asking this question so that he could date me or whether he wanted to know if I could fit into one of their small apartments. Very strange and discriminatory. This facility should be closed down.
