Residents are friendly. Front desk is helpful. Food is fine. Some things are better than others. If super picky then won't like at all. If more flexible and know what not to get then you'll be fine. Staff is 50/50 and train for 3.5 score. Some are attentive and friendly. Others are aloof. Act disinterested. Not in a hurry. We really haven't been there long. It really orients to residents who are mostly high functioning. My dad has had some health setbacks since moving in and have had to lean into the services mo…

Moving in was a disaster. Poor communication beforehand and then the day of move they didn't even know it was that day. Apartment not cleaned, appliances and a/c not working. Terrible. I did write a letter 2 weeks later to the executive director and she got everything fixed. But the fact that this happened was very disappointing and unacceptable. Had a month and 3 weeks to prepare.

They do a great job selling the property, but a terrible job on-boarding new residence. I would never have chosen them had I known this. It is hard to get a response from the staff, there is no communication and my parents are always confused.
