PositiveOur experience
We are extremely happy and satisfied with Brookdale and glad we chose this facility. The med tech staff is amazing. They are patient with our ornery father as he adjusted to his new home He is now getting/taking his medicine on time as prescribed and his health and activity improvement show ls it Amazing how much his physical and mental health have improved in his first 6 weeks in the Brookdale community Plenty of activities all the time.

If you are fairly independent there is no problem, but for residents who need personal care (meds, hygiene help) they are not responsive.

PositiveClean on inside some areas need cleaned outside or repainted. Staff was friendly. Had a Lunch sample it was good. .The apartments. Layout was not great but similar to other places. Wasted space due to how the bathroom and large sliding door.

Overall I would rate most of the categories aa a 4 or 5. I would say that although they purchase quality food they sometimes are lacking in preparation. The cost is also getting high but I would recommend Brookdale.
