When I have concerns or they have with mom. The staff contacts me . Communication is essential with staff and family member as custodial to their mom or dad. I appreciate the immediate calls when necessary.

Very friendly and lots of places to go to get fresh air and have buses to take you shopping. They need better communication between the selling manager and when someone needs special assistance. They told us one price and then they made it seem like the things that the person would need assistance with that all of It would also be included with the price. Little did we know that they did an assessment of my friend but failed to tell me , who was the power of attorney and signed the papers that there would be extra …

In six months I've found a community of new interesting friends and opportunities to participate in shared activities. I was so amazed how quickly the staff knew my name and special interests, even giving me the opportunity to continue my teaching career. I never felt like an outsider because I was soon invited to be an ambassador, a role allowing me to, not only meet and greet each new resident, but to connect with every resident.
