Smooth transition

I would rate all a 5 except for 4, 6 and 7. I have not had a direct experience with those but my husband visit his brother every day,and had had absolutely no issues with them. In fact, he make a point to get there in time for breakfast because the food is good. Overall, the staff made a very stressful time much less stressful because of their competence and caring.

We recently toured Brookdale Durham, and from the first conversation, we felt genuinely welcomed. As a Jewish family, we were pleasantly surprised (and deeply appreciative) that they offer Shabbat services right on site. It’s not something we expected, but it really made us feel seen.
