Brookdale Emerson

A top contender for my mother. A lot more economical than area assisted living. Place seemed clean and they offered raised bed gardening. Place uses a scale to add on specialized services to clients.

We like the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the facilities, good communication and amenities.

It's Magic

I was nervous about moving in. I have grown to love it. The food has improved a lot and I see more improvement is happening. The entertainment and magician is great! The staff and residents are very kind to me.

I have been a resident for several years. I love the breakfast, it's my favorite meal. I also enjoy the live music and entertainment. The dance groups and singers are the highlight. I made some great friends and the staff are very kind

2 and a half years of fun

I am happy to be here for the past 2 and half years. I have No fears, I feel safe. I have help when I need it and they know my name. I just recently became a resident ambassador. It gives me a sense of purpose and I like to help any new residents that come to live with us.

The place seems badly understaffed. Several times he got stuck on the toilet for over an hour before someone came to help him. We pay for this service. I'm told the food is not good. They recently hired a new chef. The management team either responds very slowly or not at all to emails.
