PositiveOverall, the experience was good. Our guide was friendly and professional, answered our questions, showed us the facility, and gave us a run-down on basic costs, and additional ones. The other staff we met were friendly also. The Chelsea was clean and well taken care of. The Independent Building is separate, and except for an area for the continental breakfast and happy hour, one has to go to the other building (for dining, movies, medical, etc.). Well I liked the facility beautiful and ancillary staff very very nice and helpful [name removed] the nurse very attentive loved him and Grace hospice amazing but I had some issues with [name removed] and [name removed]. My situation was unique my Aunt was hospitalized after a few weeks after she moved in and then we were in the middle of the holidays but that's no excuse. We did not have a good experience with The Chelsea. They were dishonest about things from the beginning. Plus they were not nice at the end when we couldn't afford to keep our mother there. The whole experience was not good. That's my feedback.
