Small facility, so residents don't get lost in the crowd. Regular "special events" for the residents. Nice, secure courtyard. Good location.

The cost is 50% higher than previous facility with hopes of less care for mom. She has been mostly immobile there with a Foley catheter. She is currently back in the hospital Brookdale admin staff has been great in accepting her. There is additional $[removed] charges which will drop once mom more independent. Unfortunately not happened yet. As stated she has been ill. Care staff, though long time employees, tell her they "dont know" to questions. They also state " this is not a nursing home". She has coped but no…

What about this and as anonymous: The staff is attentive, responsive, and consistently helpful. The meals are enjoyable, with good variety and portions, and there is openness to feedback. There are occasional moments when common areas can be a bit more active than expected, and communication styles may vary at times. Overall, I feel comfortable here and would happily recommend it to anyone considering a move.

The facility is clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My in-laws were not too happy to have to move but they settled in quickly with the help of the staff and are now very happy there. We are extremely happy with Brookdale Gallatin!
