CriticalLess than we hoped for
My mom fell twice in the first week. She wasn't being monitored any more there than she was in assisted living. We were told that they had 7 falls that week. They were not helping her regularly with her restroom. They were washing her sheets almost daily because she kept wetting on herself. It definitely wasn't what we had hoped for.

My mom lived in this community for over three years. It was a beautiful building but very poorly operated. Inconsistent with very high turnover and high agency nurse usage. Housekeeping has always been outsourced so there are new people coming in and out of the room every day. Food and activities are average at best. I've been in this industry for over 20 years and I was very disappointed to realize that this community was focused on the bottom line so they could add value and sell it.
